All orders placed with royalian.co.uk are packed and dispatch from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We aim to have all orders ship out within 24 working hours, however, we hold the right for delays in the holiday season or during sale periods but we must notify about the delay in delivery or you can contact us on email of our customer service agent. If we currently do not have an item in stock we will inform you of the estimated arrival time of the product.
